The first step for a new or prospective client is to schedule a free initial in-home consultation. During this time I will come to your home to meet with you and your pets. This meeting also provides me with pertinent information about your pets so that I can develop an individualized pet care plan to keep them relaxed, happy and well cared for while you are away.

Also during the meeting, information about each pet's personality, behavior, health history, eating habits, typical schedule, exercise routine, favorite toys and preferred playtime activities will be gathered. I will also gather detailed instructions for home care in order to meticulously care for your home.

At this time you will receive a comprehensive "new client packet" consisting of my business literature, 30 letters of recommendation, extensive reference list and a Confidential Pet Care and House Sitting Contract. You are also invited to view my "pet care portfolio" at the time of our appointment. The initial in-home consultation typically takes one hour.
